Overview of the Office of Conference and Event Registration Services

The Office of Conference and Event Registration Services (OCERS) is a new UA unit established to respond to a critical need of the University for the secure, compliant, and efficient collection of registration data and revenues.  The procedures and policies of this office have been designed to provide the Indiana University community with the information needed to manage programs, while removing the responsibility of physically handling revenues and the liabilities associated with doing so.

This office was established and is supported by the Office of the Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and the Office of the Treasurer and operates under the August 18, 2011 directive issued by Vice President Theobald.  Click here for the copy of the directive memo: VP CFO Directive.
